Terms of service
- Full payment must be made within 2 days after the invoice is sent. ** Booking will not be confirmed if payment is not being made within 2 days **
- No cleaning session on Sunday and Public Holidays.
- If you are residing in a condominium, please inform the management office of your property and seek approval for the service. No refund will be provided should the property security deny our cleaning team’s entry on the day of cleaning.
- Customers are required to return to the property 30 minutes before the end of cleaning time to inspect the cleaning, any issues or cleaning discrepancies shall be resolved within 45-minutes period. Once inspection has been done and signed, we shall deem all our services delivered to client’s satisfaction and no further complaints shall be entertained.
- Kindly ensure that there will be electricity and water supply during the duration of cleaning.
- For cancellation within 7 working days, no payment will be refunded. Any refund will take 14 working days to process.
- Reschedule is allowed (more than 2 working days in advance) subject to availability. Customers who wish to reschedule within 2 working days, no payment will be refunded if reschedule is unsuccessful.
- Please make sure there is NO renovation/repair/painting work ongoing during the cleaning session, our team has the right not to start or continue the work if the cleaning process is being disrupted, NO refund will be issued.
- Our staff will not assist to shift out items in cabinets or move any items around, this is to avoid any damages, loss of items, or scratches to flooring. Our staff will only clean the interior of cabinets or shelves if it’s empty, and whichever cleanable areas.
- Any stain removal (if required) will be subject to additional charges, and not all stains are removable.
- Additional $30.00 (subject to 8% GST) per flight of stairs will be chargeable if machinery (>20kg) is required to be transported to a non lift-accessible unit.
